2024 Always treated very well. My issues are addressed and if I am not satisfied Burien Toyota makes it right! Happen to be in the area and needed to replace my wiper inserts and cabin filter. The issue didn’t resolve after the initial repairs, so I returned, and they found a more serious engine problem that was costly. They refunded me for the prior repairs since they likely wouldn’t have recommended them given the car's age and the issue's significance. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of the team, especially Empty, who was great in assisting me.

These guys made my day easy. They are very professional and courteous. They do not pressure you to get car. I even had to leave with their quote and compare it to other dealership but ended back to them and get the car. I Highly recommend them.

Toyota of Burien has always been my go to. I bought my used RAV4 here years ago and have loved everyone I’ve worked with over that time. Recently I had my car serviced and JP was so helpful, he walked me through all the things that needed to be done, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the time of servicing. He was transparent, and really took the time to explain all options. The shuttle service they offer was very helpful as well. JP made sure I was connected with the driver, Mario, and he came immediately to pick me up when my car was done. Huge shoutout to both JP & Mario!
